Lebanese star Maya Diab caught the eye of the social media audience after appearing in a bold and elegant look during her participation in the BIAF 2025 festival in Beirut.
Maya Diab chose an elegant black and white dress and shared photos from the event on her official Instagram account, commenting:
“I got the Grateful Inspired award, thank you Beirut.”
The audience interacted heavily with her photos, with comments praising her beauty, including:
“Wonderful”, “You deserve the most beautiful”, “Your beauty is like no other”, “You deserve the award”, “Perfection and beauty”.
The event was not without controversy, however, as Maya expressed her displeasure that Asala did not talk about her new album during a press conference following Asala’s performance at the closing ceremony of Morocco’s Jerash Festival.
A video clip published by ET in Arabic shows a journalist asking Asala what she thinks of Maya’s album, to which she responds:
“Let the conference be artistic and let’s be happy with each other.”
